Same-day cutoff
Online orders placed before 2:00 pm are eligible for same-day delivery, Monday through Saturday. Later orders go out the next open day — but call the shop first, since same-day delivery may still be possible after the cutoff.

Local delivery is available across Franklin County, and pickup is available at the shop. Choose a delivery date at checkout; exact delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery fees are added to your order total based on destination. Pickup is available at no delivery charge.

Holidays
For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other busy holidays, please order at least one day ahead.
Substitutions
Fresh flowers are seasonal. If a stem is unavailable, we substitute equal or greater value in the same color family and style.
Sympathy timing
For funeral homes and churches, give us the service details and we will coordinate delivery with the service schedule.
